A visit to the chiropodist prevents painful conditions, but you yourself can do a great deal for your feet at home. To get the most from your Gehwol products, be sure to be applying them for the right condition. The following suggestions are to be used as a starting point, but if you feel that you need more detail, please download our preparations matrix (220kb). If you need a more thorough understanding of your condition and foot-care, visit your chiropodist and ask which Gehwol products they would recommend.
Dry Feet and/or Hard Skin
The skin on the feet is particularly vulnerable to lack of oils and water, and therefore needs intensive care that helps restore its softness and suppleness.
Burning Feet
Who hasn't experienced it? After a long day your feet burn and itch. Gehwol restores them.
Protection from Athlete's Foot
Athlete's foot is one of the most common foot conditions, which is why carefully targeted prevention is particularly important.
Painful, Tired Legs and Feet
Legs need a great deal of movement to maintain their circulation at adequate levels. Alternating hot and cold baths and a skin ointment containing invigorating ingredients are recommended.
Cold Feet
Particularly in elderly men, cold feet are often associated with extremely dry skin - Gehwol combines the effect of warmth with beneficial moisturizing.
Foot Odour and/or Sweaty Feet
Sweaty, smelly feet are a problem for many people. However effective treatments are available.
